Responsible for actively representing the Association’s interests to ALSA; organising activities to promote awareness of educational issues among members; contributing at least one article to Justitia or O Guide during their term.

Vice President (Administration)

Responsible for actively representing the Association’s interests to ALSA ; representing the Association’s educational interests; acting on behalf of the President when the President so nominates; ensuring that an up-to-date elective guide is available to students; and contributing at least one article to Justitia or O Guide.

Responsible for organising and advertising a range of social activities; complying with all sponsorship and Clubs and Societies Council obligations; encouraging participation in social activities; and contributing at least one article to Justitia or O Guide.

Vice President (Finance and Marketing)

Responsible for managing funds; maintaining accounts and books showing accurately the financial affairs of the Association; preparing an annual summary of financial affairs; cooperating with the Director of Marketing in relation to sponsorship and other financial issues; and contributing at least one article to Justitia or O Guide.

Director of Marketing

Ellenor Hayes

Responsible for distributing a sponsorship prospectus at the beginning of each calendar year; actively seeking new sponsorship; communicating regularly with sponsors; raising funds on behalf of the Association; and contributing at least one article to Justitia or O Guide.

Director of Competitions

Responsible for organising academic competitions; publishing relevant competition guides; encouraging participation in competitions; coordinating competitors in external competitions; and contributing at least one article to Justitia or O Guide.

Responsible for publishing an Orientation Guide; publishing at least two editions of Justitia, the Association’s magazine; publishing newsletters promoting the activities of the UNLSA as required; reporting all publication activities regularly to the Vice President (Finance and Marketing); and contributing at least one article to Justitia or O Guide.

Careers Director

Responsible for coordinating careers events and activities; actively seeking relevant new sources of careers information; publishing a Careers Guide; reporting activities to the VP (Education); and contributing at least one article to Justitia or O Guide.

Student Support Officer

Responsible for assisting the VP (Education); organising activities to promote awareness of educational issues; representing the Association’s educational interests; organising the peer-mentoring program at the beginning of each year; and contributing at least one article to Justitia or O Guide.

Social Justice Officer
