Governance & Accountability

The UNLSA is an incorporated association under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (NSW).

The UNLSA’s primary objectives are to serve law students through advocating for them, providing opportunities for professional development, and creating a collegial environment for all law students at the University of Newcastle. We are governed by our Constitution and By-laws to ensure we deliver the best outcomes for our members.

  • The UNLSA Constitution is the foundation for the entire association. It outlines the nature of the executive, its roles and functions, and the aims of the UNLSA.
